产品介绍

水泥胶塞分为标准水泥胶塞和防转水泥胶塞。水泥胶塞

可以保证水泥各层的分离，刮削套管内壁，隔离水泥浆。
当胶塞坐落在浮箍上时，能准确地显示出泥浆顶替位置
和套管的密封性能。
特点:
●标准型水泥胶塞适用于各种浮箍、浮鞋；防转水泥胶
塞适用于防转型浮箍、浮鞋。
●顶塞和底塞上设计有双级密封和刮削翼。
●耐磨材料加工的刮削翼。
●防转胶塞设计有防转机构,可大幅提高钻除速度。
●PDC钻头或牙轮钻头可钻
注:1.型芯材料:工程塑料。刮削翼材料:聚氨酯。
2.标准水泥胶塞顶塞,X=5,标准水泥胶塞底塞,X=6;
防转水泥胶塞顶塞,X=3,防转水泥胶塞底塞,X=4。

The cement wiper plug contains Standard Cement 
Wiper Plug and Non-Rotating Cement Wiper Plug.
The plugs maintain separation of cementing fluids,
wipe casing walls clean,and prevent cement 
contamination.Whenbumped against a float collar,
they provide positive indication of displacement and 
casing sealability.
Features:
STD. plugs are designed for compatibility with all 
types of float equipment;Non-Rotating plugs are for 
non-rotating float equipment.
Secondary sealing and wiping fin on top and 
bottom plugs.
Polyuerethane fins for superior casing wipring 
and abrasion resistance.
Special anti-rotation mechanism to drill out faster. 
Neither PDC nor rock bit drillable.
